This traditional drinks presented in modern touch without eliminate usefulness of each herbs used. The name of acaraki itself comes from title for those experts in processing herbs. To get rid the impression of old vibes, this café presents a modern, vintage yet warm ambience to be enjoyed with a glass of your jamu choices, beras kencur (made of saffron-colored rice) or kunyit asam (sour turmeric).

They say modern jamu because they use the exact, same process and tools you normally find in any coffee shops, such as V60 and French press. For example, they use V60 to make beras kencur and kunyit asam saring (strain), tubruk (use boil water and let it sit for several minutes before sip) with French press, pekat (there is jamu ‘mud’ at the bottom of your glass), they also mix these two ingredients with soda, milk and creamer.
