Fukuro Your Destination for Japanese Culinary
Entering this Japanese restaurant will give you a different atmosphere than any other Japanese restaurant, which will show the authentic Japanese design with woods. In Fukuro, you will see the other side of Japan that is eclectic and post-modern.
From outside you can see the design with black and white patterned ornaments with a big cherry blossom flower as the logo of Fukuro. The ornaments inside are as interesting, from the masks, face paintings, to koi fishes displayed on the walls of the restaurant. The metallic colors are combined with black that is dominant to the room. You can imagine the uniqueness now, can’t you?
Talking about the food, you must have tried the Japanese authentic dishes. Start from the Fukuro Takoyaki that can be your appetizer. The takoyaki here comes in choices from the Original, Cod Roe Mayo, or with Leek Soup. Then you can continue with variants of sushi and sashimi. Or try the European and Japanese fusion food: Foie Gras Sukiyaki Don, which is steamed-rice that served with goose liver and sukiyaki beef that you can choose between Australian Wagyu or Australian Wagyu Kobe. There are also other menus such as udon and sukiyaki.
Going on with desserts, you can order Es Campur Dewasa with many flavors such as matcha, tiramisu, or mango milk. Fukuro is also known as the sake bar that serves cocktails with sake as basic ingredients. Nice!
